PDRN, EGF and FGF reactivate the skin's capacity to regenerate — a capacity that naturally declines after the age of 35. Cell division accelerates and the epidermal renewal cycle (typically 28-40 days in mature skin) returns to values seen in younger skin.
Axis 2
The four bioactive peptides work at the level of fibroblasts — the cells responsible for collagen production. Pal-GHK signals the need for new collagen, Pal-GQPR protects existing collagen, Pal-KVK stimulates synthesis directly, and GHK-Cu remodels the extracellular matrix.
Axis 3
Ceramides NP and EOP, together with cholesterol and phytosphingosine, faithfully reproduce the natural lipid architecture of the stratum corneum. The skin barrier is physically rebuilt, transepidermal water loss is reduced, and sensitivity is diminished.
Axis 4

Yes. The cream is formulated specifically for mature skin showing early or established signs of cutaneous ageing. The combination of PDRN + pro-collagen peptides + encapsulated retinol is the standard cosmetic protocol for managing skin over 35.
They work via entirely different mechanisms. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant — it draws water into the skin and delivers visible but largely surface-level hydration. PDRN is a regenerator — it penetrates the dermis and stimulates cells to produce more collagen, elastin and endogenous hyaluronic acid. This cream contains both types of actives.
It is not recommended. The cream already contains encapsulated retinol at an optimised concentration. Layering with another retinol product may cause irritation, flaking or sensitisation. Replace your current retinol with this cream instead.
It works on both. Fine lines reduce visibly within 4-6 weeks thanks to hydration and retinol. Deeper wrinkles diminish after 8-12 weeks — the point at which peptides and growth factors produce enough new collagen to alter dermal structure. For very deep wrinkles, the cream is complementary to aesthetic medicine procedures.
No. The formula is free from parabens, sulphates, synthetic fragrance and artificial colourants. The only natural fragrance agent is lavender essential oil (Lavandula Angustifolia Oil) at a safe cosmetic concentration.

No. The formula contains retinol — a vitamin A derivative which is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Resume use after the breastfeeding period and consult your GP if in doubt.
