Return Policy
At Von Baroness, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our face creams and eye creams, we offer a return policy as follows:
- Returns
You may return any unopened products purchased from the Von Baroness website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. We will replace the damaged or defective product with a new one, and cover the cost of shipping.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
